The Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Marketing Director to organize and develop marketing material in support of proposals, presentations, digital marketing, and print collateral. The work will range from asset library organization, research, scheduling, and participating in planning/brainstorming meetings to drafting content and the coordination of document production.


  • Assist Marketing Manager and graphics team in coordinating and preparing marketing and promotional materials, both print and digital formats

  • Maintain resources and information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation and databases, resumes, image libraries, website content, and support of award submissions

  • Conduct client research to develop profiles and assist in targeting plans

  • Conduct internal research to craft compelling prose from disparate information as well as edit information from multiple sources for voice and tone

  • Develop creative content (copy writing & graphics) to simplify complex business / technical structures, visions, process and strategies

  • Partner with internal teams to support content distribution via the firm’s website, and social channels

  • Coordination and scheduling of photoshoots

  • Understanding and learning of Ruhnau Clarke’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and firmwide capabilities

  • Support Marketing in developing relevant materials as needed


  • Prefer 1-5 years of experience in Marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred

  • Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Experience in Macintosh operating system

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with fast-paced deadlines

  • Strong organization skills

  • Highly collaborative

  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills

  • Data entry
