Positions currently open

Hayward

Minimum of thirteen to fifteen (13-15) years’ experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice and in management of projects. 

Minimum of five to six (5-6) years’ experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice is desired. Minimum of two (2) years Revit experience. 

The Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Marketing Director to organize and develop marketing material in support of proposals, presentations, digital marketing, and print collateral. The work will range from asset library organization, research, scheduling, and participating in planning/brainstorming meetings to drafting content and the coordination of document production.

1-4 years of writing and editing experience (either in a professional or extra-curricular setting).

 

Sacramento

Minimum of seven to eight (7-8) years’ experience in production and coordination of design documents in all phases of an architectural project; minimum 5-8 years coordinating with state, county, and local governing agencies that have oversight on a project. Client coordination required. DSA and/or HCAI experience required. Architectural License strongly recommended.

Leads client relationships and oversees multiple projects from planning through completion. Responsible for project quality, budgets, schedules, staffing, and client satisfaction while providing leadership to project teams and supporting the firm’s growth in its markets and communities.

Carlsbad

Minimum of five to six (5-6) years’ experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice is desired. Minimum of two (2) years Revit experience. 

The Architectural Designer III will assist in the design and development of projects, will produce design presentation material, and will assist in the production and documentation of construction documents. Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge in BIM/Revit and/or drafting and design development. Must have a willingness to expand knowledge in architecture, architectural design techniques and architectural technology.

  • Education: Prefer professional degree in architecture (B. Arch, M. Arch) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Requires 4-5 years’ experience in design, preferably in K-12 educational facilities, higher educational facilities, public use projects, residential, hotel, or retail projects
  • Software: Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, ) or demonstrated equivalent and proficiency; AutoCAD & Revit production software.
  • Licensed, or actively pursuing licensure.
