This project consists of modernizing an existing 3,800 SF assembly hall and demolishing an existing cafeteria to make space for a new 4,700 SF culinary arts building. The overall goal was to provide a sophisticated, high-tech environment that would prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry and the culinary arts while also creating a social destination for students. The contemporary building fully supports the school’s curriculum with an indoor cafe, learning spaces, and demonstration kitchen.
