Hotel Indigo® is a global, upscale boutique hotel belonging to the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Every Hotel Indigo is individually designed to capture the essence of the local neighborhood and surrounding community. This project, envisioned for downtown Riverside, was designed to not only reflect the upscale and modern aesthetic of the hotel brand, but also to provide 115 badly needed hotel rooms to support the downtown area and Riverside Convention Center. The project, with a rooftop bar, amenity deck and street level parking lot was created to help activate an important part of the downtown fabric.
