The new Makena Murrieta Medical Office building is located just south of the Loma Linda Murrieta Hospital campus. It was created to provide much needed space for urgent care, imaging, laboratories, and pediatrics to better serve the surrounding community. It was also designed to house a nursing school facility to further enhance access to medical education in the area. The 60,000 plus square foot building is imagined as the first of several buildings that will create a medical office complex. As all of the medical specialties housed within the building require specific space programing to accommodate staff, patients and equipment, we worked with the individual tenants to craft their specific suites while coordinating with the building staff and owner.
