The 63,500 sq ft, two-story, tilt-up concrete, and glass administrative building was designed to bring together all of the district’s administrative functions in a new work environment. The flexible facility integrates the desert environment with the use of daylight and picturesque views. The new building allows the district’s departments the ability to collaborate amongst themselves and accommodate additional personnel as departments grow.
