This 96,000 s.f. 5-story building addition is located in Downtown Riverside and constructed immediately adjacent to the existing County Administrative Center (CAC), an earlier Ruhnau Clarke Architects designed project. Additionally, the project provides several enhancements to the existing building and site which increases the overall functionality of the complex.

The design of the building’s first floor hinges around the main Supervisor’s Board Room. The third floor houses the Offices of Riverside County Transportation Commission and Western Riverside Council of Governments, the County Executive Offices are on the fourth floor, and the County Board of Supervisors Offices are on the fifth floor.
