As a part of a long-term planning study for a potential new District Office, the District requested a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of their existing District Offices. The FCA included a review of as-built documents, a visual walk through focusing on ADA compliance, an evaluation of the building envelope (including a structural review and roof assessment), and thorough review of building systems. Then we conducted a market study and financial analysis to understand market trends and return on investment scenarios based on different target markets. We worked with the District through various challenges and the District elected to move forward with a modernization of the existing offices.
